    First day, I took a whole pill and was way too pumped up! BP and heart rate went up.too much energy! For next two weeks I took 1/2 pill and had huge energy and NO appetite. By third week I could tolerate a whole pill and have been taking one daily since. I have lost the last 15 pounds I wanted to lose and have been on maintenance for about a month. Never needed to take twice a day as suggested. Highly effective product! Better than brand name Ionamine (phentermine) used to be.

    I feel like I have taken every diet pill known to man (including prescription). Phentabz do not give me any weird side effects like the others. They do however give me trouble sleeping. Phentabz have been giving me great energy but I'm not seeing as much weight loss as I would like. It seems like every person is saying they are loosing 5-10lbs the first week which did not happen to me! I took Phentabz a few months ago and pretty much maintained my weight BUT I was eating horrible and not exercising AT ALL. This time, I am now eating healthy and started exercising about 2x a week. Hopefully the weight loss will start to pick up!
