My husband and I have enjoyed this product. We have both lost about 10 lbs each in two weeks. We are both physically active and have also started to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet. It does help curve the appetite, however still feel cravings for something sweet once in a while. Because of the strength of the product I personally only take one a day instead of two. Very happy with the energy this product gives us.

I started taking the pill in the beginning of June. At that time I can say my eating habits sucked! I was eating just because.. Not because I was hungry, just because I wanted to. My body never registered as full.. I'd eat n eat and eat some more. So it won't come as a shock to hear I reached a discusting weight of 325 lbs. so happy to say that's in the past! Today roughly 2.5 months later I'm 289, that's 36 lbs lighter and I feel great! I've had a few negative bouts but all in all the pill has worked wonders.. I now get full off portion sized meals and eat when I'm hungry! My self control is remarkable not only do I pass up crap food but I just don't want it! The pill isn't cheap but it works! Believe me if there's a diet I have tried it and phentabz are the only thing that have moved the scale for me ;)
