When are orders shipped?
Orders received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will generally ship the same day, but could take up to 24 hours for processing and packaging prior to shipping. Orders received on Friday after 3:00 PM and orders placed Saturday and Sunday will generally ship Monday. Products are shipped from our distribution center in Fort Myers, Florida. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM until 5:00PM.
No. Regardless of shipping company policies, Lexium does not ship out orders on weekends, nor do its' carriers deliver your order on weekends unless special arrangements have been made PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER by contacting a Lexium customer service representative via telephone during normal business hours.
Do I have to be at home to accept my order?
UPS and U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers do not require a signature and therefore can leave your shipment if it safe to do so, at their discretion.
We ship to international addresses, including to APO/FPO addresses. Often, even some common products that are safe and accepted in the USA are not allowed in some countries. If Customs seizes your order, destroys it or returns it to us damaged/opened then there will be no refund. Buyer understands that their country may charge duties, taxes and other fees for the package to be released from Customs. Any and all fees due once the product has shipped from Lexium International are the responsibility of the buyer. As these fees vary from country to country and change frequently in some jurisdictions, Lexium Intl. has no way of accurately charging Buyer for these fees during the ordering process. Buyer understands and agrees that there will be no refunds on orders, even if Buyer does not claim the order from their local Customs and pay the applicable fees.
Returns from Customs
If the product is undamaged we will attempt to re-send the product to you (you must pay for shipping).
By placing an order on our web site, you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that all purchased products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure you are in agreement. Only items that are returned unopened and in great condition are eligible for a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged.
Automatic shipping and billing is not a service we offer and we never charge your credit card without permission. In order to receive more Lexium International products, you must place another order.
Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption dietary supplements will not be taken back for any reason. We will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturer’s policies.
If ordering outside the United States – ensure your order complies with local laws and that it is legal for import. Also, be aware of any local taxes, duties or other fees which may be associated with your order being released from your local Customs. These taxes, duties or other fees are the responsibility of the Buyer in addition to the shipping charges charged by Lexium during the checkout process.
If you wish to return an order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
